DNC Profiles: Deb from Greensboro

“I’m here to help a friend with a business called Bold Concepts. They make these buttons, and my husband and I collect old campaign memorabilia.” — Deb

DNC Profiles: Deb from GreensboroName: Deb Hertlein

Party affiliation: I am proud to say that I’m a Democrat, and I am transformed from a Republican. I am tired of the Republicans. They made a mess of this country, and now I think it’s better than it was.

Where are you coming from? Greensboro, North Carolina.

How did you get to Charlotte? I drove from Greensboro, but most of my work here is in Concord. It’s actually easier for me to get to Concord than it is to get to downtown Charlotte. My GPS has rerouted me about a gazillion times over the last three days.

Why are you here?
