Istanbul Passengers

Istanbul_Passengers

Passengers, IETT Haseki Duragi Station, March 2009

This shot rolled into my frame. I was set up to take a picture of the scene across the platform, and suddenly the train arrived: young woman and older man, facing opposite directions, both heads on hands contemplating some scene outside. The name Istanbul beneath the two of them just sealed the shot.

Thank you! I think my heart skipped a beat when the train rolled in — what a shot!
